-30-Day Notice HAS TO BE GIVEN before moving out of each property. 30 days starts when d. Ream receives this form.

This form is required to confirm you are leaving, whether you are breaking your lease early, or even if lease is ending. Complete the move out check list along with your notice to vacate to ensure everything with he property is like you found it. 

 There is a $40 application fee per applicant. Fee will need to be turned in with the application along with proof of income, and photo ID.
We only hold a property for you if you fill out an application and turn in a Security Deposit. 

This does not mean that you are automatically approved, approval process still required.
