AVAILABLE NOW Properties are vacant and available to view. We require a $20 CASH Deposit and a driver's license to check out keys! ALL keys are required to be returned same business day for a refund of the $20 deposit. We will NOT check keys out after 4pm to ensure they can be returned before 4:30pm.
APPLICATIONS can be found on the 'Application' tab but will have to be returned to our office to be processed. Paper applications can be picked up at our office. A $40 Application fee is due PER person 19 years or older. We require two months proof of income with each application. Applications and income can be emailed upon request, but $40 application fee must be presented in person.
Application fees are non-refundable.
You MUST make 3x the amount of rent to qualify for the property applied for.
